NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Nininger Township Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at 8:00 p.m. on August 5, 2024, at the Nininger Town Hall, 12390 Ivanhoe Way, Hastings, Minnesota 55033. The purpose of the hearing is to address and confirm the plan to resurface/improve/upgrade Furlong Trail and Fischer Avenue north of Highway 55 at an estimated cost of approximately $340,000.00, with the Nininger Township properties benefiting from the improvement, being those properties abutting and/or having entry directly onto Furlong Trail, being assessed for one-half of the cost of the resurfacing/improvements/upgrades on a pro-rata basis.
